Shipments are delivered to the customer’s address only, throughout the State of Israel.

 

The estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date the order is confirmed. All home deliveries are provided at no additional cost.

In cases of delays beyond Eloïse’s control, such as force majeure, strikes, infrastructure issues, or unusual workload,

we will make a reasonable effort to update the customer regarding the estimated delivery timeline.

 

If the delivery address is in a restricted or hard-to-access area, delivery may be coordinated to a reasonable alternative location.

Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment. In such cases, no charge will be made, and the cancellation will be processed

immediately upon our confirmation.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

At Eloïse, we understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations.

Therefore, we allow returns and exchanges in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

 

Customers are entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product and request a refund or an exchange.

In order for a return to be approved, the product must be in reasonable condition, in its original state, clean, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable).

 

Return of Gifts and Additional Items:

 

In order for a refund or exchange to be approved, all items received as part of the order, including gifts or additional items provided with the purchase,

must be returned. The return of these additional items is a required condition for approving a refund or exchange.

If only part of the items are returned, Eloïse reserves the right to offer a partial refund based on the value of the items actually returned.

Documentation of Package Opening:

 

We ask customers to photograph or record a video of the package opening upon receipt.

This helps us verify that no use was made of the product prior to the return or exchange process and to identify any defects or issues,

in order to streamline the handling process.

 

Defective Product:

 

If the product received is defective or was damaged during shipping, the return or exchange will be processed at no additional cost to the customer,

and a refund or replacement will be provided in accordance with the condition of the product and the terms of this policy.

The return process begins by submitting a request to contact the Eloïse team via phone or email, according to the instructions on the website.

Once the return is approved, the product must be sent back in secure and proper packaging.

In the case of an exchange, a replacement product will be sent according to the customer’s request, in coordination with Eloïse.
